PGI Culinary Exchange August 17-21, 2020

The Culinary exchange is open for reduced service Monday-Friday from 8:00am-3:30pm.  Given the difficult new environment that we all find ourselves in, there will be restrictions in place to address public health and safety.  We ask that you observe the following guidelines when attending:

-Maintain safe distance of 6 feet(2 meters) between customers

-Masks are strongly recommended

-Credit and Debit payments only.  No cash payment

-Dine-in service will not be available.  Please refrain from using the tables in the annex, as these are reserved for students on their breaks

-Please sanitize hands, and avoid contact with surfaces and products as much as possible

-No outside food or beverage containers will be allowed

-Take-out coffee cups will be provided upon entry, if requested

 

We thank you for you patience and patronage during these trying times.  We hope to have the Culinary Exchange back to normal in the near future, but for the well being of our customers and students we must take all necessary precautions.

PGI Culinary Exchange February 24 – 28, 2020

Both Short Order and Global Cuisine resume public service this week. Global Cuisine and Buffets will be offering a full buffet on Friday from 11:30am to 1:15pm. Please click on this header and scroll down for details on what other labs will be providing throughout the week.

Short Order Lab begins a new section this week. A limited breakfast menu will be available on Wednesday morning, and full breakfast and lunch service will be offered on Thursday. Friday service will be breakfast only due to the Global Cuisine Buffet at lunch. Breakfast on Wednesday through Friday will be from 7:30am – 10:30am. The Global Cuisine Lab will be offering lunch from 11:30am to 1:15pm Tuesday through Friday, with Friday’s lunch being a full buffet. The menu can be found here

PGI Culinary Exchange February 18 – 21, 2020

The Culinary Exchange will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2020 in observance of Louis Riel Day. Red River College’s Reading Week will be Tuesday through Friday, and thus there will be no lab production during the week. The Culinary Exchange will be open Tuesday through Friday for Grab’n’Go items only.

PGI Culinary Exchange February 10 – 14, 2020

Please Note: On Monday, February 10, the Culinary Exchange will be offer limited service and seating from 10am – 3:30pm. The Short Order Lab will be open for breakfast this morning, but closed for lunch service.  Grab’n’Go food items will be available for lunch into the afternoon. Short Order Lab will offer breakfast on Monday from 7:30am – 9:30am and on Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm.  The updated breakfast menu can be found here and the updated lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab resumes operation on Wednesday, February 5. Lunch service will be from 11:30am to 1:15pm Wednesday through Friday this week. The menu can be found here. The buffet for this menu will be on February 28.
