Photo ID cards are available at the Student Service Centres for current students and alumni. Photo ID cards are required for identification purposes and for accessing College services such as fitness centres, computer labs, libraries, and for writing exams.
Full-time students receive their first Photo ID Card as part of their Student Service Fee, however, a fee will be charged for replacement Photo ID cards.
Note: Students must bring a piece of photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, PR card, etc.) when requesting their RRC Polytech Photo ID card.
Students attending a Regional Campus may submit a photo for their Student ID Card to photoid@rrc.ca. Please ensure your full name and student number is included in the subject line of your email submission.
Photos which do not meet the requirements below will be rejected. Your Photo ID card will typically be printed and available for pick up at your Regional Campus within two weeks of photo submission. You will be notified once your Photo ID is available for pick up.
Note: Photo submission is open only to Regional Campus students. Students attending programs in Winnipeg must visit the Exchange District or Notre Dame Campus Student Service Centre to have their photo taken and ID printed.
