Female Early Childhood Education student reading book to child and older woman

Looking for a way to fast-track your learning?

RRC Polytech is offering Intersession from May 6 to June 21, 2024, to help full-time, part-time, and future students achieve their career-related educational goals.

Intersession is a great opportunity to lighten next year’s study load, take a course over, or get a jump on your studies as a new student. In many cases you can earn credit towards more than one program in seven weeks or less.

Take advantage of Intersession to achieve your career goals at RRC Polytech.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsored Students

A student’s tuition and fees can be billed directly to a sponsor such as an employer or funding agency, permitting the student to register directly into intersession courses.

Payment at the point of registration is done via credit card when registering online.

If you are unable to pay with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), please visit a Student Service Centre to register using a debit card or cheque. Please note:

  • Cheques are payable to RRC Polytech (post-dated cheques are not accepted)
  • Payment plans are not available

Students should ensure they have the necessary prerequisite(s) prior to registration. Prerequisites can be viewed under Courses and Descriptions within the Catalogue page for the program(s) that offer the course.

All students registering for practicums must complete all prerequisite courses. As practicum placements are arranged individually, students must contact their practicum coordinators for placements during registration.

Community Services registrants must speak with their Work Integrated Learning Coordinator Chihiro Jung (cjung2@rrc.ca) in advance of registering (or to pre-register) for their practicum.

Withdrawal Information

Course Withdrawal Form must be completed if you wish to drop or withdraw from a course. The voluntary withdrawal deadline for courses that run from May 6 to June 21 (excluding practicums) is June 12, 2024.

Students will be issued a full refund minus a $50 Administration Fee if they withdraw from the course between the time of registration and the first day of the course. From day two onwards, no refund will be provided.

For further information, please contact your Program Chair.
