Part-Time Course Withdrawal

Definitions

Course Drop Requests – partial refunds are available if you request to drop your course, seminar or workshop within Refund policy deadlines:

Classroom Delivery Courses – partial refunds are available up to the day before the start of the second class.

Classroom and Online Education Workshops and Seminars – partial refunds are available if request is received a minimum of eight calendar days prior to start date.

Online Education – partial refunds are available if request is made within 10 calendar days from the start of course.

Course Withdrawal

Students who withdraw from a course after the above noted deadlines are not eligible for a refund. Students must withdraw at least three weeks prior to the original course end date who have not written their final exam will be eligible for a grade of VW. Students doing courses by online education are not eligible to withdraw if they have purchased an extension on their course. Students who do not complete their course and withdraw within three weeks prior of the course end date will receive a grade of F.

Completion of this form is required to drop or withdraw from a course.

Important: Confirmation of receipt of request will be done by email within three business days.
