IMPORTANT: Red River College Polytechnic has opened up an in person Pop Up IT Service Desk for the month of September at the Notre Dame campus. It is available to help you with your IT related technical challenges should you need in person assistance at the beginning of the new school term.

This Pop Up IT Service Desk has both ITS and Learning Technology staff to support you with your general IT issues (Wifi, MFA, Accounts, Email, etc.) and assistance with the use and access of the College’s Learning Management System called LEARN. This service adds to our existing methods of requesting service that can be found below by submitting a Service Desk ticket, sending an email, or contacting us via phone.

  • Open Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, excluding holidays observed by the College.
  • Open until September 29, 2023.
  • Located in the lower Mall level of Building D, in DM18.
  • Next to the Print Shoppe, and before The Cave.
