Facility Rentals

Red River College Polytechnic offers facility rentals to the general public at our Notre Dame Campus and Exchange District Campus. Each campus offers a variety of spaces for meetings, events, conferences and presentations ranging from a capacity of 10 to 300 people. 

The College does not accept bookings for weddings, holiday parties, socials or other similar private events at this time.

Jane’s accepts group reservations during their operating hours, subject to availability and approval. The Jane’s dining room is not available to rent for special events.

Other Services

Audio Visual Services

The College has limited audio visual equipment available to rent, and does not typically provide technical assistance. If your audio/visual needs surpass what we can offer, we recommend bringing in an approved outside provider.

Catering

Exchange District Campus

Catering services at Exchange District Campus are provided by Tim Hortons or Dana Hospitality.

Notre Dame Campus

All catering services at Notre Dame Campus are provided by Dana Hospitality. For questions about ordering food from Tim Hortons at the Notre Dame Campus, contact Sharon Gan at 204-291-5691 or sgan2@rrc.ca.

Commercial Filming Location

Hallway Vendor Rentals

If you are a vendor interested in setting up a table at either the Notre Dame Campus or the Exchange District Campus, please visit the Red River College Student’s Association website for rental details.

RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininew, Dakota, and Dené, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.

We recognize and honour Treaty 3 Territory Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, the source of Winnipeg’s clean drinking water. In addition, we acknowledge Treaty Territories which provide us with access to electricity we use in both our personal and professional lives.
