Photo Sessions
RRC Polytech’s Exchange District Campus and Notre Dame Campus both serve as bright and modern backdrops for wedding, engagement, family or corporate photography.
Members of the public are not permitted to take photos or videos on College property without advanced approval.
Before you book, please note:
- Photo sessions are $50/hour (plus GST) for parties of up to 19 people.
- Payment must be received 48 hours before your requested photo session date.
- Parties of over 19 people must book for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Photo sessions are booked when payment is received and on a first come, first serve basis.
- Time slots will not be held at no cost for groups wishing to use the facility as a backup venue.
- All groups are required to check in at security when they arrive and leave the campus.

To request a date and time for a photo session, please fill out the booking request form. Our Events Coordinator will respond to your inquiry within the next two business days about availability and payment information.
