The Meat-Cutting Lab has the following items for sale:

The Short Order Lab is closed until May.04.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be open for late lunch Monday-Thursday from 11:30am-1:00pm. See their menu here.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We cannot guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.

Bake sale pop-ups are happening in the Culinary Exchange on April 26th and 27th from 11am-1pm or while supplies last. Come down and check out all of the goodies!

The Basic Food Prep Lab will not be producing any items this week:
