The Culinary Exchange offers several menus for lunch, depending on the time and day of the week.
Tuesday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
The early menu features favourite comfort foods made by students in the Restaurant Cooking Lab who are learning the skills required for cooking in a busy casual restaurant.
Tuesday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
The late menu features items from a different country or ethnic region that rotate each week and are made by students in the Global Cuisine Lab.
Buffets will be offered by the Global Cuisine Lab October 12, October 26, November 16, and December 7 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
All items in that week’s Global Cuisine Lab will be offered buffet-style four times per term.
