The Culinary Exchange will be closed April 7th and April 10th.

-The Meat-Cutting Lab has the following items for sale:

-Ground Pork

The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast this week from Tuesday-Thursday, 7:30-10:30. They are open for lunch this week from Tuesday-Thursday, 11:00-12:30. See breakfast menu here and early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be open for late lunch Monday-Thursday from 11:30am-1:00pm. See their menu here.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We cannot guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.

The Basic Food Prep Lab will be producing the following items this week:

-Beef Stew

-Bolognese

-Pork Cutlet

-Roast Chicken

-Marinated Pork Loin

-Chicken a la King

-Lamb Tagine
