Fitness Classes

Recreation Services offers group fitness programs suited to all interests and fitness levels. Our highly trained and enthusiastic instructors will lead you through a fun and challenging workout suited to you.

Programs for 2019 Fall Term-classes start September 16

Yoga Fusion with Holly on Mondays at NDC 415-515pm and Thursdays at EDC 415-515pm.

Self Defense with Chris on Mondays 12:05-12:50pm

Block Therapy with Joanne on Tuesdays 4:15-5:00pm

HIIT with Cameron on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:05-12:50pm

Tantric Hatha Yoga with Keith on Wednesdays 12:05-12:50pm.

Boot Camps with Erica on Thursday mornings 7-745am and afternoons, 4:15-5pm.

NEW CLASS for Winter 2020: Women and Weights: A women’s only class Saturday mornings at the Notre Dame Campus from 10am – 10:45am, March 7,14,21,28 by Erica Wilken. Click on the class link for more info!

2020 Winter Fitness Classes Registration Form

Fitness Classes  Free for Students!!!

Fitness classes are free to use for RRC Students. Students can fill out fitness class registration form, minus payment, and drop it off at GM20 in the North Gym or email to Students are also welcome to drop in the fitness classes as well, provided space is available. (For EDC yoga, students can also submit their registration form to the instructor before the start of class.)

Drop-in cards-not sure if you can commit to a class? Purchase one of our 5 or 10 class drop-in cards and stop in when you can

How to register for a class

To register for a class download the registration form, complete it. For staff, alumni or community take the form to the Student Service Centre to make a payment.  If you are a student, drop off at front desk in the North Gym.

Sport Manitoba is offering fitness classes this year that are open to RRC Students and Staff. With the Sport For Life Centre only a few blocks away in the Exchange, this is an excellent option for those working/studying downtown and looking to participate in additional fitness classes.
