Fitness Classes

 

Recreation Services offers group fitness programs suited to all interests and fitness levels. Our highly trained and enthusiastic instructors will lead you through a fun and challenging workout suited to you.

***Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our RRC Recreation on site services are closed. In order to still offer fitness experiences, we have teamed with our fitness instructors to offer at home workouts and livestreamed fitness classes!

Online Streamed Classes

Yoga Fusion with Holly on Friday afternoons, 12:30-12:50pm live on Facebook. Click here for the the live classes and to view previous sessions. Classes will run March 27 till June 26.

At Home Workouts

Rebels Fitness Instructor and owner of Blue Phoenix Fitness Cameron Makarchuk has created 3 separate workouts for RRC staff and students to enjoy at home!

BLUE PHOENIX BODYWEIGHT F.I.R.E. WORKOUTS

The above workouts can be done anywhere at home with no equipment required! Each workout offers a variety of bodyweight exercises, that give a total body experience. Cam has also provided demonstration videos for various exercises and movements. Click on the links below to view.
