Take some time to stretch, breathe and relax while also improving your flexibility and strength. Weekly yoga classes range from in-person, online and recorded sessions to adapt to your work, school and home schedules.
Learn about the foundational movements of a variety of dance styles from Latin to Hip Hop, Bhangra to Jigging. Classes focus around learning steps, and terminology which will provide students a knowledge base to take the dance into their own hands.
Simple basic self-defense training class for people of all ages and abilities. Learn fundamental traditional martial arts techniques that will provide a basis for self-defense in real world situations.
Whether speed walking, running or nature strolling, enjoy the surrounding scenic rural and urban walking routes around RRC Polytech campuses – ready for you to explore.
Also watch for guided walks through local trails. Transportation is provided.
Near NDC, Brookside Cemetery offers tall trees and paved roadways in a quiet, outdoor setting where you might glimpse an eagle and other wildlife. Or circle the pathway running near the greenhouse in the Northwest corner, up the hill and around the front of the campus all the way to Route 90.
Inside, walk through NDC’s myriad of hallways and stairwells through the Mall Level or take advantage of the walking track in the South Gym.

Our Bike Loan Program is part of the College’s commitment to providing healthy, sustainable and convenient transportation options.
Four bikes are available to borrow from the North Gym on the NDC Campus.
Need to run an errand between classes? Just want to enjoy a leisurely ride? Visit the Customer Service Desk during regular operating hours to sign out a bike, you will be asked to sign a waiver.

During winter, borrow a pair of snowshoes to explore some of Winnipeg’s trails or Manitoba parks.
Pop by the North Gym on the NDC Campus, fill out a waiver and pick your snowshoes. For the snowshoes, you may borrow overnight or over a weekend.
