RRC Polytech staff and students have unlimited access to the MindWell platform, which includes online mindfulness training, live guided mindfulness practices, monthly webinars with experts and a resource library.

MindWell Challenge

The MindWell Challenge teaches mindfulness-in-action through daily practice that takes only a few minutes. You can do it any time and anywhere. There is a 30-Day and a 5-day mini version.

Studio Be

MindWell’s Studio Be hosts drop-in guided mindfulness sessions so you can ask questions, deepen your understanding of mindfulness and practice in community with others. Studio Be also hosts monthly webinars with a variety of experts in mental health, leadership, performance and more. Once you’ve created your MindWell account, you can access Studio Be here.

 

The Well
