Due to Covid-19 restrictions the Culinary Exchange will only be offering take-out service at this time.  We will not accept cash payment.  Customers will need to show proof of full vaccination.  Thank you for your patience.

 

Short Order Lab will be closed until January.  Food Services will run a small breakfast service starting in late September.  Hot Soups and Grab and Go meals available.  Check out our breakfast and lunch combo deals.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be closed until the end of September.

The Professional Baking Students Class of 2021 will be hosting a pop-up bake sale. Manitoba Wild Flour will be creating a delicious assortment of baked goods, both savory and sweet including Schmoo cake, Strawberry rhubarb pie, Croissants, and so much more. Come and join us on August 19th, as we explore the great flavours our province has to offer.  10:00am to 1:30pm or until supplies last.  Come Early!
