For more than 15 years, we’ve put College resources to work for industry partners seeking to innovate, solve today’s problems, and meet tomorrow’s challenges.
Our applied research resources include facilities, equipment, and – most importantly – people. Our instructors, researchers and students work together, and in collaboration with our partners, to deliver practical results with the potential to drive our economy in exciting new directions.

Equip Our Classrooms
The future of learning is here. Our shift to online and blended program delivery has accelerated to keep pace with work environments where digital tools and virtual collaboration are the norm. Our in-classroom programs are also evolving – into spaces that incorporate the technology, equipment and applications our students will be expected to use on the job, starting day one.
These new tools also mean more and better opportunities to connect learners with industry partners (including potential employers) on collaborative, applied-learning projects, and help them gain invaluable practical work experience before they even graduate.

Foster Indigenous Teachers and Research
Indigenous learners are the fastest-growing workforce demographic in Canada. We are committed to preparing Indigenous learners to succeed in a dynamic, vibrant workforce, and use their education to contribute to their communities.
Your support will extend our capacity to foster trust and respect with Indigenous teaching and research talent – who bring essential perspectives inside and outside the classroom, and who provide vital representation and mentorship for current and aspiring students.

Our instructors are a crucial asset with a strong track record of graduating skilled and job-ready talent.
They owe their success to their own knowledge. But their ability to continually learn and pass on new skills and techniques requires first-hand experience — something that can’t be learned in theory.
With your support, we will continuously invest in professional development through up-skilling opportunities, just as we do through our student programming, and by providing faculty with the resources to pursue research innovations that advance Manitoba’s economy.

RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of the Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anishininwak, Dakota Oyate, and Denésuline, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
We recognize and honour Treaty 3 Territory Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, the source of Winnipeg’s clean drinking water. In addition, we acknowledge Treaty Territories which provide us with access to electricity we use in both our personal and professional lives.
