A new term has begun at Paterson GlobalFoods Institute! The Short Order Lab will begin regular breakfast service on Thursday and Friday, and lunch will be available on Friday. Please click on this header and scroll down for more details.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Thursday and Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available on Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm.  The updated breakfast menu can be found here and the updated lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will resume operation the first week in February. 

The Garde Manger Lab will resume operation the last week in January.

The following items will be available from the Baking Labs this week:

  • Whole Wheat Bread
  • Rye Bread
  • Assorted Sourdough Breads
  • Normandy Apple Bread
  • Beer Bread
  • Country Bread Rolls
  • Foccacia
  • Deli Rye
