The Professional Baking & Pastry Students will be hosting two unique Pop Up Bakeries this year!
When: Thursday April 28, 2022
Time: 10 am to 1pm
Where: PGI Campus- Entrance at 504 Main Street
Brightside Bakery will be offering a variety of baked goods with an emphasis on fresh fruits of the season.
Blossoms Bakery will be offering a variety of product with a focus on Spring flavours with a floral theme.
Both bakeries will be offering breads, pastries, cakes and cookies in limited quantities.

Masks are required when entering Red River College Buildings.   Thank you for your patience.

The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast Tuesday-Thursday, 7:30am-10:30am, and lunch 11:00am-12:30pm. See the breakfast menu here and the early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is offering pizza and stir-fry Mondays from 11:30am-1:00pm. See the late lunch menu here.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.
