The Culinary Exchange will be closed this week for reading week. We will re-open Monday, February 28.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the Culinary Exchange will only be offering take-out service at this time.  Customers will need to show proof of full vaccination.  Thank you for your patience.

The Short Order Lab will re-open for breakfast February 28, Tuesday-Friday, 7:30am-10:30am, and lunch 11:00am-12:30pm. See the breakfast menu here and the early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is offering pizza and stir-fry Mondays from 11:30am-1:00pm. See the late lunch menu here.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We can not guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.
