PGI Culinary Exchange February 24 – 28, 2020

Both Short Order and Global Cuisine resume public service this week. Global Cuisine and Buffets will be offering a full buffet on Friday from 11:30am to 1:15pm. Please click on this header and scroll down for details on what other labs will be providing throughout the week.

Short Order Lab begins a new section this week. A limited breakfast menu will be available on Wednesday morning, and full breakfast and lunch service will be offered on Thursday. Friday service will be breakfast only due to the Global Cuisine Buffet at lunch. Breakfast on Wednesday through Friday will be from 7:30am – 10:30am. The Global Cuisine Lab will be offering lunch from 11:30am to 1:15pm Tuesday through Friday, with Friday’s lunch being a full buffet. The menu can be found here

The Garde Manger Lab will be offering the following this week:

  • Assorted Open faced Sandwiches
  • Assorted Canapes

The following items will be available from the Baking Labs this week:

  • Assorted Cookies
  • Brownies
  • Gluten Free Brownies
  • Nanaimo Bars
  • Date Squares
  • Pecan Bars
  • Butter Tart Bars
  • Chocolate Caramel Entremet
  • Assorted Puddings and Custards
