PGI Culinary Exchange February 3 – 7, 2020

Please Note: On Monday, February 10, the Culinary Exchange will be closed for a private event and will offer limited service and seating from 10am – 3:30pm. The Short Order Lab will be open for breakfast that morning, but closed for lunch service.  Grab’n’Go food items will be available for lunch into the afternoon. Please click on this header and scroll down for details on what other labs will be providing throughout the week.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast on Monday from 7:30am – 9:30am and on Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm.  The updated breakfast menu can be found here and the updated lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab resumes operation on Wednesday, February 5. Lunch service will be from 11:30am to 1:15pm Wednesday through Friday this week. The menu can be found here. The buffet for this menu will be on February 28.

The Garde Manger Lab resumes operation this week, and will be offering the following:

  • Fruit and Yogurt Cups
  • Sliced Veggies and Dip
  • Leaf Salads (Greek, Asian Chicken, Nicoise, Spinach and Fruit, Caesar)
  • Bound Salads (Potato, Pasta, Quinoa, Cole Slaw, Bean Salad)

The following items will be available from the Baking Labs this week:

  • Coconut Cake
  • Mocha Torte
  • Sacher Torte
  • Marjolaine
  • Baked Cheesecake
  • Tirimisu
  • Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake
