Our Annual Holiday Bake Sale is on Wednesday, and the Global Cuisine and Buffets Lab is providing their final Buffet Lunch of the term on Thursday. Please click on this header and scroll down for more details. Please note there will be no hot food service on Friday, as the students will be cleaning the labs in preparation for the holiday break.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Wednesday from 7:30am to 10:30am, and Thursday from 7:30am to 9:30am.  Lunch will be available on Monday through Wednesday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The lab will be closed for cleaning on Friday. The breakfast menu can be found here and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab offers lunch Tuesday and Wednesday, from 11:30am to 1:15pm, and 11:30am to 12:45pm for the buffet on Thursday. The menu can be found here. The lab will be closed on Friday for cleaning.

This week, the students in the Garde Manger Lab will be in testing. Limited quantities of assorted products may be available.

The Baking Labs are in testing this week. Limited quantities of assorted products will be available.

The Annual Holiday Bake Sale will be held in the Culinary Exchange on Wednesday, December 18 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Tasty treats available will include decorated cookies, fruit cake, assorted slices, dainty platters, and cookie tins.
