A new menu begins on Wednesday in the Global Cuisine and Buffets Lab. Please click on this header for more details about what the other labs are preparing for sale.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast on Monday from 7:30am to 9:30am, and Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available on Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. ,The breakfast menu can be found here and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab offers lunch Wednesday through Friday, from 11:30am to 1:15pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 11:30am to 12:45pm for the buffet on Friday. The new menu can be found here.
