With all of our labs in operation this week, there are lots of food options for you to enjoy! Please click on this header for more details about what our students are preparing for sale.

Short Order Lab will offers breakfast on Monday from 7:30am to 9:30am, and Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available on Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab offers lunch Tuesday through Friday, from 11:30am to 1:15pm. The new menu can be found here. The buffet for this menu will be on Friday, November 29.

This week, the students in the Garde Manger Lab will be producing the following salads:
