The Global Cuisine & Buffets Lab starts a new menu this week with limited service on Thursday, and full menu on Friday. The buffet for this menu will be on Friday, November 29.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Tuesday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available on Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will offer limited lunch service on Thursday this week, and full lunch service on Friday. The new menu can be found here.

A new group begins in the Garde Manger Lab this week. Veggies and dip, and fruit and yogurt cups will be available for purchase.

The Baking Labs will be offering the following:

  • Assorted Tarts (variations throughout the week)
  • White Bread
  • Roman Flatbread
  • Quiche Lorraine
  • Fergassa
  • Bagels
  • Pretzels
  • Baguette
  • Whole Wheat Bread
  • Cinnamon Buns
  • Doughnuts
