Funding Opportunity: CIRA’s Community Investment Program

CIRA’s Community Investment Program (CIP) provides funding for projects that help build a better online Canada.
Currently in its fifth year, the program has awarded more than $4 million to over 102 diverse projects in four key areas: infrastructure, online services, research and digital literacy. This funding opportunity is open to registered charities, not-for-profit organizations and academic institutions.

The typical grant will be approximately $25,000 – $50,000, to a maximum of $100,000. The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) will be investing $1,000,000 back into the community this calendar year on projects that help to build a better Internet for Canadians.
