Bitcoin? Intro to Blockchain Lunch & Learn

Bitcoin steals the headlines but behind it is a Blockchain technology poised to disrupt several industries.
This Lunch & Learn will provide an overview of blockchain basics as well and a review of some new ventures being funded by an Initial Coin Offering (ICO).New Media Manitoba, Red River College, and The Ace Project Space are happy to present this informative Lunch+Learn that will try to explain some of the complexities and possibilities of Blockchain.

  • ICO. What it is and how it ties into Blockchain and Ethereum.

Presenter Bios
Michael Farris is co-Founder of Narrative.network who are building a blockchain based economy for social media.
Bogdan Fiedur of blockchainexperts.io is a full stack developer and entrepreneur. Since the beginning of 2016 he has been involved in “Smart Contract” design and implementation for Ethereum using Solidity.
