Research team members from the College’s Electric Vehicle Technology & Education Centre participated in the 7th Annual MEVAfest this past weekend.
MEVAfest is hosted by the Manitoba Electric Vehicle Association, and this year, the event took place in conjunction with the annual Manyfest street festival.
Research Manager Jose Delos Reyes was on-hand alongside Research Coordinator, Christopher Basilio and Coop Student, Seokmin Mike Oh.
Visitors had the chance to see and experience riding 2-, 3-, and 4-wheeled plugin electric vehicles, including Tesla Model X, a Zero S electric motorcycle, an electric motorboat, an electric skateboard and other fascinating EVs.
