At our Notre Dame Campus, parking is free during pick up and drop off. Caregivers can use lot W4 Overflow indicated on the campus map. Signage will also be displayed for ease.
At our Exchange District Campus paid parking is available on Adelaide St. and Elgin Ave. Please use campus map for assistance.
Bus transportation is available to and from our Notre Dame Campus from R.B. Russell School for campers (July 6-10 only).
We suggest arriving early on the first day of camp (before 8:45 AM), with campers accompanied by their guardians. Families may allow campers to sign themselves into the program and do not need to accompany them to the sign-in location.
Campers will only be released to authorized persons for pick-up at the end of day unless that camper has self-sign-out permission.
You will need to indicate who is authorized to pick up your camper(s) during the registration process. If you wish to add or remove authorized pick-up names after registration, please email youthcamps@rrc.ca with your changes.
Those who are authorized to pick up campers must present a government-issued ID to camp staff at the end of the day for that camper to be released.
Campers who are 12 and over can sign themselves out at the end of the day if permitted to do so. If you would like to give your camper(s) permission to sign themselves out, indicate this when prompted during registration.
Leave Authorization forms will also be available throughout the week at drop-off and pick-up for families to sign in-person if they choose to do so.
Campers with self-sign out permission can be dismissed from the sign-out location at 4 PM each day.
Campers leave the drop-off area to their program areas promptly at 9 AM each morning.
Families must contact the Camp Supervisor by phone at 431.373.3491 to inform them if a camper will be arriving late. Campers who arrive after 9 AM should go to the designated drop-off area to sign-in, and Camp Leaders will escort your camper to the rest of the group.
The following rules will apply when campers are picked up later than 5 PM:
Campers who are not picked up by 5 PM will be relocated to the Security Service Centre where they will be supervised by Security Staff until picked up for the following locations:
If a camper needs to leave early, families should inform the camp staff during morning drop-off, or by calling the Camp Supervisor at 431.373.3491 at least 2 hours prior to pick-up.
Families picking campers up early should go to the agreed pick-up location at the agreed-upon pick-up time. Families will be required to present ID and sign their camper out from there.
If your child will be absent from camp, please notify camp staff by emailing youthcamps@rrc.ca or by calling 431.373.3491. If staff are not notified, families will be contacted if a child is absent from camp for the day.
Please note: Refunds are not given for days missed.
