Meet Your Instructor

Jocelyne Hebert is an RRC Polytech graduate and professional portrait photographer with over 20 years of experience. She received her Masters of Photographic Arts and is the proud recipient of ‘Manitoba’s Photographer of the Year’ for both 2020 and 2021.

Jocelyne is excited to be teaching the Out and About Photography Camp and looks forward to sharing her knowledge in all genres of photography while inspiring students with creative techniques and hands-on fun.

As a parent, Jocelyne’s own child was able to participate in a RRC Polytech youth camp last year and it was the highlight of her summer!

“It was a camp perfect for her age as a young teenager as she challenged her mind, abilities and met a group of amazing young people in a fun environment.”

Jocelyne currently has the pleasure to be an instructor for RRC Polytech’s Professional Photography program where she is surrounded by inspiring new artists every day.
