New to the Fitness Centre? Try an Orientation
Not sure how to use the equipment or where to start? Book a Fitness Centre Orientation with the Sport and Fitness Supervisor.
The Orientation is a 15-20 minute session designed to help you feel more comfortable using either of our Fitness Centres. During the session, we’ll walk through the space, demonstrate how to use equipment, and answer questions about proper setup and technique – just come prepared to work out! Sign up HERE
Note: A Fitness Centre Orientation is not a personal training session. It’s simply a quick introduction to the facility and equipment so you can feel more confident working out on your own.
