Fitness Centre Orientations
Coming to a fitness centre can be intimidating. Luckily, Campus Well-Being staff are here to help you feel comfortable in our spaces and confident using the equipment.
Simply schedule a walk-through and our staff will take you through the facility, explaining what each piece of equipment does and how the equipment works. Each orientation takes 15-20 minutes, depending on the number of people and questions asked.
