The 4 Aspects of Love

Releasing Difficult Emotions

We can’t change what happens around us – but we can change how we respond to it. Learn how to experience difficult emotions more effectively and offer forgiveness (to self and others) to feel calmer and joy each day.

Developing Community

For Staff: Leaders Live Cohort

This program is back to help leaders and employees alike to learn the skills they need to drive growth and engagement in their organization. You will have the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills (at work and beyond) through Mindwell for Leaders.

MindWell for Leaders, accompanied by weekly live classes to further develop and integrate the following skills:
