Two people talking to each other.

Bell Let’s Talk is a mental health campaign initiated by Bell Canada that focuses on destigmatizing, building awareness, acceptance, and action in mental health.

Dedicated to moving mental health forward in Canada, Bell Let’s Talk promotes awareness, acceptance and action with a strategy built on 4 key pillars: fighting the stigma, improving access to care, supporting world class research and leading by example in workplace mental health. Bell Let’s Talk is reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness and improving access to mental health care with support for organizations in every province and territory!
