- Course Name and Section Number where appropriate
- Your name
- Your contact information
- A detailed description of the problem and how to replicate the problem
Requesting a course MASTER:
When requesting a course MASTER please:
- Check to see if a MASTER already exists for this course. You may need to find out from your coordinator or your peers.
- Include the Course Code and Course Name
- Email addresses of others to be enrolled and what type of access they need
