Due to Covid-19 restrictions the Culinary Exchange will only be offering take-out service at this time.  Customers will need to show proof of full vaccination.  Thank you for your patience.

The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast Tuesday-Friday, 7:30am-10:30am, and lunch 11:00am-12:30pm. There is a limited breakfast on Mondays from 7:30-9:30. See the breakfast menu here and the early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be closed until February.

You can now order your meal from the Short Order and Global Kitchens through our online ordering app, located on this page at rrc.ca/culex

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We can not guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.
