Due to Covid-19 restrictions the Culinary Exchange will only be offering take-out service at this time.  Customers will need to show proof of full vaccination.  Thank you for your patience.

The Short Order Lab will be closed until January.  Food Services are serving breakfast Monday-Friday, 8:00am-10:30am. See the breakfast menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be open Monday-Friday, 11:30am-1:15pm. See the late lunch menu here.

You can now order your meal from the Short Order and Global Kitchens through our online ordering app, located on this page at rrc.ca/culex
