The Professional Baking Lab has finished the Breads section, and begins three weeks of cake-making. Please click on this header and scroll down for more details.
Short Order Lab will offer breakfast on Monday from 7:30am – 9:30am and on Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The updated breakfast menu can be found here and the updated lunch menu can be found here.
The Global Cuisine Lab will resume operation next week.
Please Note: On Monday, February 10, the Culinary Exchange will be closed for a private event and will offer limited service and seating from 10am – 3:30pm. The Short Order Lab will be open for breakfast that morning, but closed for lunch service. Grab’n’Go food items will be available for lunch into the afternoon.
The Garde Manger Lab resumes operation this week, and will be offering sliced fruit and yogurt cups, and chopped veggies and yogurt.
