The Short Order Lab has resumed its regular schedule, with breakfast service Monday through Friday, and lunch service Tuesday through Friday. Please click on this header and scroll down for more details.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast on Monday from 7:30am – 9:30am and on Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm.  The updated breakfast menu can be found here and the updated lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will resume operation the first week in February. 

The Garde Manger Lab will resume operation the last week in January.
