PGI Culinary Exchange Sept 23 – 27, 2019

A new term has begun, which means students are being introduced to their new classes and labs. The Garde Manger Lab will begin production this week, and Global Cuisine and Buffets will begin  next week.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will resume service next week, with the first day of full menu service being Wednesday, October 2. Buffet dates will be published next week.

The Garde Manger Lab resumes this week, starting with assorted veggies and dips, and fruit and yogurt cups.

The Baking Labs will be offering the following items this week:

  • Hazelnut Fig Bread with Fennel
  • Whole Wheat Pita
  • Roasted Potato Bread with Dill
  • Whole Wheat Bread with Toasted Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds

  • Pumpkin Bread
  • Pretzels
  • Bagels
  • Ciabatta
  • Marble Rye
  • Yeast Doughnuts
  • Cinnamon Rolls
