PGI Culinary Exchange Sept 16 – 20, 2019

A new term has begun, which means students are being introduced to their new classes and labs. Public service in the Short Order Lab has resumed. Grab’n’Go items provided by Food Services are available.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed until the week of September 30.

The Garde Manger Lab will resume next week, starting with assorted veggies and dips, and fruit and yogurt cups.

The Professional Baking Lab begins lab production this week and the Patisserie Lab will begin production next week.

The following items will be available this week, beginning on Tuesday after lunch:

  • Soft Rolls
  • Roman Flatbread
  • Baguettes
  • Pretzels
  • Bagels
  • Fergassa
  • Oatmeal Bread with raisins
  • Grissini
  • Whole Wheat Pullman
  • Lavash
  • Tomato Basil Foccacia
