A new term has begun, which means students are being introduced to their new classes and labs. Public service in the Short Order Lab has resumed. Grab’n’Go items provided by Food Services are available.
Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.
The Global Cuisine Lab is closed until the week of September 30.
The Garde Manger Lab will resume the week of September 23.
The Professional Baking Lab will begin producing product the week of September 16 and the Patisserie Lab will begin production the week of September 23.
