A new term has begun, which means students are being introduced to their new classes and labs. Public service in the Short Order Lab will resume on Thursday, September 5. No other labs are providing product for public purchase this week.
Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Thursday and Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available Thursday and Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.
The Global Cuisine Lab is closed until the week of September 30.
The Garde Manger Lab will resume the week of September 23.
The Professional Baking Lab will begin producing product the week of September 16 and the Patisserie Lab will begin production the week of September 23.
