The Short Order lab will be offering service Monday through Thursday this week, and only Grab’n’Go service will be available on Friday, as well as Monday and Tuesday of next week. Click on this header to see menus and production.

Short Order Lab offers breakfast Monday through Thursday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch is available Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The lab will be closed on Friday for cleaning. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed until the week of September 30.

The Garde Manger Lab is doing testing this week and items for sale will be limited.

The Baking Lab is doing testing this week, and items for sale will be limited.
