Special Sale:

This week the Basic Food Prep Lab is providing assorted prepared veggies for sale. Packages will serve approximately 4 as a side dish, or two as a main course. On Thursday and Friday, scalloped potatoes and stuffed baked potatoes will also be available.

The Restaurant Cooking Lab is offering breakfast service only on Mondays until 10:30am, with full service commencing on Tuesdays through Fridays. The breakfast menu is posted here and the lunch menu is here, with hours of operation listed for each.

Global Cuisine Lab is now closed until September.

The Garde Manger Lab is providing the following items this week:

Monday and Tuesday

  • Assorted Bound Salads

Wednesday and Thursday

  • Greek Salad
  • Cobb Salad
  • Chef Salad
  • Asian Chicken Salad
  • Assorted Open Faced Sandwiches (Roast Beef, Egg Salad, Ham & Cheese, Tuna Salad)

The Baking Lab will have the following items available this week (Order of listing is approximate order of production; thus, items closer to the bottom of the list will be available later in the week):

  • Baguettes
  • Cinnamon Buns
  • Whole Wheat Bread
  • Danish
  • Biscuits
  • Blueberry Crumble Muffins
  • Sour Cream Crumb Cake
