At RRC Polytech, we believe that a sense of community and connection is vital to student well-being. That’s why Campus Well-Being is dedicated to providing a range of social opportunities throughout the year.

Pop-up Game Room
Campus Well-Being creates a fun-filled day at the Notre Dame Campus and Exchange District Campus at various times of the year such as exam week or term start. Play some giant games like Jenga, Connect 4, Chess or Checkers, join some peers in a friendly card game, try to win at ladder toss, work on a puzzle, play Uno or Pictionary or do some colouring.
Regional Campus Visits
Campus Well-Being with the Student Association and Campus Store, hit the road to visit all regionals campuses twice a year with games, treats, prizes, products and promotional materials to engage our out of town students.
Board Game Nights
Bring your friends and family for an “all welcome” board game night at Red River College Polytechnic.
EXCHANGE DISTRICT CAMPUS: Sept. to Nov.; Jan. to Apr. – Third Tuesday of every month, 4:00pm to 7:00pm, in the Dining Hall near Tim Hortons.
NOTRE DAME CAMPUS: Sept. to Nov.; Jan. to Apr. – Third Thursday of every month, 4:00pm to 7:00pm, in The Cave.
Games available: Some of Campus Well-Being’s games include: Catan Family Edition, Cranium, Taboo, Cribbage and Crib Wars, Forbidden Island, Monoply and Monoply Deal, Uno, You Don’t Say, Last Word, Can You Name 5?, Pictureka!, Othello, Trival Pursuit, Anomia, Dominoes, Scrabble, Boggle, Yahtzee, Telestrations, Chess and Checkers, Sequence, Hedbanz, Battleship, Jenga and Pictionary.
Virtual Cooking Night
From the comfort of your own kitchen, at-home chefs are guided through a step-by-step recipe. Cozy up with good food and lots of fun!
Students may request an ingredient kit. Ingredient kits are limited, so register early.
Inspirations from India
A monthly hands-on and learning workshop exploring a variety of India inspirations and traditions – from the rich smells of India’s spices and colourful mandalas to expressive mudras (hand postures) and fabrics.
CFL Weekly Winning Teams Pick
During the fall football season, select the CFL teams you think will win the week’s games and submit them to be entered for a grand prize. This contest starts in September and will be running up to and including the Grey Cup, so submit your picks for each week. Connect with other football fans in a Microsoft Teams online chat group.
