September at MindWell

August 26, 2026

Life moves quickly. Between family, responsibilities, and the demands of everyday life, it’s easy to stay busy without taking a moment to check in with yourself.

This September, MindWell’s focus is on Emotional Health, creating space to better understand your emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and navigate daily challenges with greater clarity and intention.

As you settle back into your routine, consider making your well-being part of it too. Staff and students can access their free MindWell account here.
