October at MindWell

September 28, 2026

Our mental health influences how we think, feel, and respond to the world around us. When stress, worry, or racing thoughts take over, it can become harder to focus, stay present, and find a sense of balance.

This October, in recognition of World Mental Health Day, MindWell’s programming is focused on Mental Health, offering practical tools to help you quiet mental noise, improve focus, and support your overall well-being.

Here’s what’s coming in October:

  • When the Mind Won’t Slow Down
  • Strengthening Mental Clarity

Join these sessions to build practical mindfulness and grounding techniques you can apply in everyday life. Staff and students can set up their free MindWell account here.

When the Mind Won’t Slow Down

Racing thoughts, overstimulation, and mental exhaustion can disconnect us from the present moment. This class provides practical mindfulness tools to quiet internal noise, improve focus, and create mental space during stressful situations. You will learn grounding techniques that support clarity, calmness, and emotional balance.
