Campus Well-Being

August at MindWell

July 28, 2026

While we often think of health in terms of nutrition, movement, or sleep, the quality of our relationships is just as important. Meaningful connections can strengthen well-being, reduce stress, and foster resilience both at work and in everyday life. In August, MindWell’s focus is on Social Health, helping you build stronger connections, communicate with greater intention, and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging. RRC Polytech staff and students can access their free MindWell account here.
