The Mindful Path to Emotional Wellness – Fridays at 11 am CST

This class offers a restorative pause to strengthen both inner balance and interpersonal connection. Through guided reflections and mindful practices, the class emphasizes the four pillars of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship skills.
