Xinyu Li – Student

“I have learned to take 5 minutes in the morning before starting a new day. It calms me down and helps me to focus better on my work and studies. Taking some time for myself makes me a better person, and I can contribute in a kinder way.”

Elisabeth Kesada – Student

“I learned a lot about mindfulness from Take 5 Daily. Not only did it introduce the Take 5 concepts and have us put them into practice, it also touched on other health topics such as nutrition, movement, and sleep. As someone with chronic health issues that are often set off by stress, I have benefited greatly from remembering to ‘Take 5’ on a daily basis. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn about Take 5 and am looking forward to continuing to use what I’ve learned.”

Chelsea Welechenko – Staff

“My experience with the take 5 challenge is something I will carry forward in my everyday work life. Our working days can be intense and this challenge helps create the habit of taking a 5 and focusing on yourself to ensure a better day.”
